ABOUT
I spent years inside organizations watching talented people hold themselves back. I couldn't stop noticing it. Eventually, I stopped ignoring it.
For most of my career, I worked at the intersection of people and problems. As a Principal Experience Designer and Client Lead at Method, one of the most respected international design consultancies, I led clients, built teams, and shaped how organizations thought about the humans they served.
I was good at it. And I noticed things.
I noticed the brilliant engineer who never spoke up in client meetings. The new manager who over-prepared for every conversation because he was terrified of getting it wrong. The senior leader projected certainty so convincingly that no one, including her, could see how isolated she actually was.
I noticed the patterns underneath the performance. The invisible cost of always being the most reliable person in the room. The way self-doubt doesn't announce itself, it just quietly shapes every decision you make.
I started coaching because I couldn't stop doing it informally. And because I realized the problem I kept seeing wasn't a skills or strategy problem. It was a self-leadership problem. Almost nobody was talking about it directly.
Today I work with emerging leaders, executives, and teams who are capable of far more than they're currently doing and who are ready to understand why.

"I believe most people already know what they need to do. The work is understanding why they're not doing it."
"I don't give advice. I ask questions that make the answer impossible to avoid."
"Everything that happens in our sessions stays there. Always. Full stop."
"I work with people who are done performing and ready to lead. There is a difference."
"This isn't soft work. It's some of the most rigorous thinking you'll do about yourself and your career."
